Hold the Light, operated by Diogo Horta, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@holdthelight.app and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle usually processes them within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to display the credit.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled case by case, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
